  The help message said that I should type that I’m trying to renew a site.

  Hi Harry,

  Can you clarify exactly what you are trying to renew? After looking into your account, I found that you had an old domain:

  educationscience.org

  However, this domain expired back in Feb, 2013 (395 days ago). It looks like it was purchased by someone as seen here:

  http://who.wildwestdomains.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=educationscience.org&prog_id=wildwestdomains

  You can sign up for a new domain by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard.
