I missed the payment for the renewal of the business plan kwace.wordpress in April.
I just paid 180euros for the pro plan for a year but the site is not back online.
Could you help me restore the site please?

It looks like you need to set your domain under your account page again:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/kwace.wordpress.com
Once you get that added, things should be working again.
In the future, since you have a Pro plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page, where you can get help more quickly than by posting in the free public support forums.

Hi there,
It looks like both the plan and the site have been restored. Is there content or formatting on the site that looks different than what it was before the Plan expired?
I checked and see that there are daily backups with the last one occurring on 5/11:

However, it doesn’t appear you have Jetpack Backup activated at the moment:
