Renew Site Redirect

I am trying to update my card information to renew the site direct for the url to my old blog to my new blog, but it keeps going in circles. Do I have to purchase a plan to be able to redirect now?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you want to redirect from lifeoftwyf.wordpress.com to your own domain?Here you have the information you need to redirect your blog to your site:

I did purchase a site redirect last year for $13, but it expired. This is the email I got:
We attempted to renew your Site Redirect WordPress.com upgrade added to your site “lifeoftwyf.wordpress.com” but experienced a problem taking payment. This upgrade forwards visitors from your WordPress.com blog to lifeoftwyf.wordpress.com (or any site you choose).
If you wish to continue with the subscription please log in to your account and update your card details. Your subscription will be cancelled if payment cannot be made.
None of the links were showing me just site direct, they were only giving me monthly upgrade plans and had no info on site direct. I’ll try one of these links you’ve provided and see if it works!

I received the same email. I have the same exact same problem, hopefully someone can answer this. For past several years paid $13 each year for the domain mapping.
