Renew site that expired yesterday

Hi, I am trying to renew our site that expired yesterday. I did not see an email showing to renew. When I try to renew and select a credit card that is on our account an error message ‘cannot renew, this site was purchased by a different user’. I am using the original account, but we changed the email address associated with the account.

‘cannot renew, this site was purchased by a different user’.
Upgrades for ponusyachtclub.com are owned by the account, maryt320. You will need to log out of WordPress.com and log back in with the username maryt320 — or ask that person to do so.
Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to renew on the Manage Purchases page.

Hi,
That account was deleted from our site in May 2018. She was no longer associated with our organization and was posting inappropriate info on the site. How do we get the site transferred to the other admin of the site without involving the deleted account. -
I have transaction IDs for the previous years for the site that I can provide to prove ownership.
I am not sure why different admins of the site cannot make the purchases. It seems like that is how it was done previously.

If the transaction IDs do not work in the account recovery form https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Let me know and I can collect them from you via email. DO NOT post those here.
