Our auto renew apparently failed and says our Premium is about to expire.
We have been trying to – repeatedly – (with AMEX contacting us for fraud) to purchase another $99, even upgrade to the $299, NOTHING TAKES!!!
Also reads “this blog already has some of these upgrade, did you mean to renew your subscriptions?” following this it does not give me the option to say YES!
This is beyond frustrating. And this posting to a community instead of a live person or even an email thing is no gaurantee for our company to renew our blog. This is TIME SENSITIVE at this point.
Is there SOMEONE OUT THERE IN WORD PRESS LAND THAT CAN ASSIST US???

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog who is Admin of the blog to purchase and/or renew upgrades for the blog. If you’d like your upgrade to renew automatically each year, you can Enable Auto Renew.

Hey there,
It appears as if you are not the user who originally purchased that upgrade. Has that use attempted the purchase? If not, that user can go ahead and give it a try…and please let me know how that goes.
If he/she HAS attempted the renewal, but is still getting errors, I can send a manual billing request that can be paid through a slightly different process. Once that’s done, I’ll personally extend your Premium upgrade a year.
The good news is that the upgrade for Premium on the site, finprofiles.wordpress.com, doesn’t expire until June 4, 2015. Auto renewals are attempted a month in advance of expiration just in case issues such as yours arise. Now, there’s plenty of time to fix the problem, so you don’t have interruption in service.
