renew subscription

I am trying to renew our subscription. I thought I put in the new CC info a month ago, but I see the website is down. When I try to upgrade and renew, it goes no where. Help me out here please.

I started off this blog on wordpress.org a few years ago but decided to move it to wordpress.com and map my original domain. It all worked fine until the renewal came up this year and when I try to pay for the upgarde (Domain mapping) I get an error saying :
This upgrade is not available for jetpack site.
I wasn’t even aware my blog was still using any jetpack features since it was moved to wordpress.com.
The domain I am trying to map to travlesonsaddles.com is podrozenasiodelku.wordpress.com. (I also have a separete blog on travlesonsaddles.wordpress.com which I seem to have no isses with.)
Could you please let me know what the issue is and how I can fix it to be able to successfully continue using my travlesonsaddles.com domain?
