  The payment in June was missed how do we go about getting it set up again?

  Hi there,

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  Looking at the expiration date it also looks like the domain will pass out of redemption by the weekend. Should we not be able to recover it before then, it will no longer be possible for us to get it back, so I’m going ahead and sending you a link to pay, but I will also still need your confirmation here before we can attempt a recovery.

  We’ve just received your payment and have emailed our registrar to get your domain restored. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them – this should be within the next 24 hours.
