  I am unable to renew subscription as the payment card is not being accepted. Can you help?

  Your payments are being rejected by your bank. That usually means that the card is not authorised for international transactions or that your bank suspects it might be fraudulent so the pre-emptively block it.

  Please follow up with your bank to ask them to allow payments to us.
