renew subscription

    Hi, I need help to renew expired subscriptions. I didn’t notice the reminder emails until it was too late.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you didn’t catch your plan before it expired. What type of plan did you have? You should be able to go and start your plan back up in the “Plans” tab when viewing your “my site”. All of your posts and content will remain intact but depending on what type of plan you had, business vs. premium will determine if your CSS and customizations will still be saved prior to your subscription expiring.
