There have never been any subscriptions under the account you’re reaching out from, so you won’t be able to renew any plan.
What you have in your cart right now, sounds like Premium plan upgrade. If you decide to go with that, you will upgrade the site philosophyforeverorg.wordpress.com. Is that what you’re looking to do?

Hello. Thanks for getting back to me. I just want to pay to keep philosophyforever.life blog going.
I thought that I have a yearly subscription.
I paid 25. 00 with that intention the other day.
Is there anything else I need to do to achieve my goal to keep the blog active through the year?
Is there a phone number I can call for support? I have problems with my vision which may be the reason this it’s hard for me to renew it.

The site at philosophyforever.life belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here. You need to log into that other account, and then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to the plan and domain for that site.
