    I just added our charge card to try and pay our $19 invoice to you, but the invoice is not listed. Can you please help?

    Hi there!

    Are you trying to renew the domain registration oktoberfestinowosso.org? The domain is owned/registered by a different WordPress.com account, not @martenisaw. So you will need to log out of this account and log into the correct account to renew the subscription.

    Only the subscription owner can renew and manage the subscriptions on a WordPress.com site. That’s why you don’t see the domain registration to renew on your account.

    Can you tell us if the other accounts on this site are yours or are there different people who manage those accounts?
