Renew the domain

Hello, I am trying to renew my WordPress domain before it expires but it says that I don’t have a wordpress.com site, or even when I go to ‘manage purchases’, it doesn’t appear any charge there. What should I do?

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

This is what I suspected because I couldn’t find any billing history, however you can find bellow the message I received and now I am not able to discover where it comes from.
“The domain name colibricuba.com is about to expire. This upgrade adds the domain “colibricuba.com” to your site.
Renew colibricuba.com
The domain colibricuba.com costs $18.00, and it is set to expire in 59 days, on 19th Mar 2020. This price does not include any applicable taxes which will vary based on your billing address. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at “colibricuba.com”.If you would like to keep the domain you should renew it immediately to avoid a late registration fee or losing it permanently when it expires.
If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact Support”

You’ll need to sign out of the account that you are using now. Sign back in under the colibricubatravel account. Then, you’ll be able to find the missing information on https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

Are there any way to discover which email am I using? Because apparently I am already in the colibricubatravel account.

Right now you’re posting from info8b0d7cef649, not from colibricubatravel.
You can use the correct username to log into your account, however, if you forgot your password, this will be sent to your email address. If you don’t know which address you used, please send an email to passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com with a recent transaction ID, you can find more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
