dear Sir, I have been trying to reach you to renew the domain name javed-rana.com but so far with out any success. If you are so inaccessible how can I do any business with you? I was able to reach your telephone [redacted] but they say they can not find my account & they do not have any suggestion what to do to renew the domain paid $110 dollars two years ago.

We do not offer phone support so whoever you talked to was not WordPress.com.
The domain in question has been purchased from another WordPress.com account, not the one you’re contacting us from.Please search for the transaction ID for that purchase, then check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the correct account:

I filled the account recovery form with a full detail but the information they required you have not supplied me You have not sent me the receipt for the payment you received. So I don’t have information the account recovery form needed but I filled the form but I have not received any reply. My email & Visa card remained the same for the both accounts. It should have been a single account for both the domain names. You sent emails from both the accounts to the same email address. How can you lose my .com domain when you sent me an email to renew it within a month. Very disappointing & at a lose to know why you are hiding my domain javed-rana.com. If you can’t resolve this I may not do any business with you. I don’t do need hosting at .ca account. Only domain purchase of .ca is OK. I need hosting to my old Website Javed-rana.com please.

We have not lost your domain – it is online and active but you created it using a different account than the one you are using to post here –
javedyranarogerscom.We also did send you the receipt to the email address you used to create your account. There can not be two accounts using the same email address so, the one you need to access to renew your domain, is different than the one you are using on the account
javedyranarogerscom.You mentioned that you have received an email informing you that the domain needed to be renewed – this is the address that is connected to the correct account. You can use it to log in and reset your password from https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.
