Hi,
I was sure that my renewal is gonna be automatic as last year I decided so.
But still, it looks my site is blocked now and I dont know what to do to make it run.
Ive tried to pay the fee etc but I see the notice ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew’.
Please let me know what to do.

Hi Michal,

Are you logged into the same WordPress.com account that the website is registered to? Can you at least get into the admin panel and choose a website? Or is the entire account itself down?

I need to change my credit card, the one that was last used for renewal is now out of date. I haven’t been on wordpress in a couple of years due to health issues. I have no idea what my password may have been. I intend to add considerable marterial to my two sites, but can’t figure out how to get access.

Try accessing this:

https://michalzaczynski.com/wp-admin

If you can login there (or if you’re already logged in) you should be on the admin panel and see your website on the left. Click on your website and then choose the “Plans” tab to update your payment information.

Dr.JohnnyWow, you can do the same from this link:

http://www.drjohnnywow.wordpress.com/wp-admin

Hi there,
my website still doesnt work.
Ive paid for Jetpack Premium but it still doesnt work.
Probably I will have to renew the site with an additional cost but I dont know how…

Hi michalzaczynski,

I’m jumping in here, because your problem seems to be similar to an issue from a couple of months back (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-upgrade-42/).

Can you try to do the following:
1. At the top left, click on “My Site”
2. In the menu on the left, click “Plans”
3. At the top, click the tab “Plans” and re-purchase the Premium Plan
4. In the menu on the left, click Domains, then “Add domain”

Let me know if that solves the issue. 🤔

michalzaczynski.com was registered through WordPress.com and pointed to GoDaddy. It doesn’t look like it has reached redemption yet. I’ve sent a note to our domain partner requesting that it be restored. As soon as I hear back I will be back in touch. Typically, this only takes 2-3 days.
