Renew the subscription of my site

    Hello guys! I haven’t logged in my gmail for a while and just found that my site http://www.sweetconnie.net is expired. I think it is now in redemption period since I can’t see the renew button on my ‘manage purchase’ page. Please let me know how i can pay the fee so that i can get my site back .Thank you a lot!!!

    Yes that domain is in the redemption period, though I don’t know for how much longer. You had the same issue last year. It would have been a good idea to update your payment details. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance. In the meantime see:

    If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.

    I’m afraid it’s too late already, the domain is pending to be deleted from the registry. You’ll want to wait for it to be available again to be able to register it and use it with your site.

    Because of that, I have already refunded the $98 you paid to get the domain back. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
