  I wish to have Auto Renew disabled, how can I do?

  Hi there,

  Staff can disable Auto Renew through the backend, so I have tagged ‘modlook’ into the sidebar tags to this thread for staff attention, they will be soon in touch with you.

  How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question?

  Hi hkwaijian,

  The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any WordPress.com upgrades, which suggests you have another account. Could you try logging out of hkwaijian, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to?

  Once you’ve done so, just reply here from that account and I’ll look at disabling auto renew for you.
