Renew Upgrades page not loading

  I have gotten a notice that my domain mapping has expired and I need to renew it on the upgrades page. However, when I click “upgrades” I get an error page telling me the page isn’t redirecting properly. How do I resolve this??? My blog is currently not loading due to this.
