Renew url

  I received an email with a link to renew my url. I press the link and it says I don’t have an account.
  I want to renew http://www.towedhaul.com.

  Hello @bradthatcher272,

  Perhaps the previous purchases were made from a different user account? Try using the email that received renew your site email notification. That’s the email address that you need to sign in with at WordPress.com. That email also suggests which site the renew url is connected as well.

  Hi @bradthatcher272, I can confirm that domain is registered via another account with a different email address.

  Can you log out, then log back in with the address the email was sent to? You should be able to renew from there, but if not please update us here and we’ll help you sort this out.
