Can I just keep my website address as http://wimusicstudiowordpresscom.wordpress.com/
I don’t need any additional features for this website .
Hosting with WordPress.com is free forever, right ?

You can keep your site on the Free plan for as long as you like, as it never expires. If you don’t want to register a custom domain, we can keep using the free .wordpress.com address you already have.

If in the future you need to add more features to your site, then you can upgrade to one of our plans.

No, there isn’t. As @fstat mentioned previously, since the domain expired, it re-entered the domain marketplace and another individual purchased it. Unless that individual lets the domain expire and it’s available for purchase again, there’s nothing you can do or pay to change that.
