Renew website

Hello,
I am trying to renew my subscription for revivaladdiction.org, however it keeps saying that I have no websites in my account. Please advise. Thank you. My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

@dariatavana, this might be a silly question, but are you sure you’re logging in with the exact email and password that are the administrator account for your website?
If you have a second account or created a new one, WP.com won’t know you’re connected.

I could see domain expired notice on your website. That may be the reason it’s not visible in your account.

Can you please tell us when your domain expired?It seems your domain is under grace period so you can renew it at the regular price.

Hello there,
It looks like your subscription was renewed for another year, see here: https://www.whois.com/whois/revivaladdiction.org . However, when I attempt to access your site as a visitor, there is an error that says the domain has expired. Sorry this is happening!
Does using this link work at all for you to access your site? https://revivaladdiction.org/wp-admin/

The upgrades for this domain are owned by another account. Please login as revivaladdiction and you should see the option to renew on the Manage Purchases page in that account.
