  how can I renew my website when it is expired?

  Hi there,

  If you’re referring to a2crappycameras.org, then that domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in.

  The account you’re logged in (@hgardner76) is only an Author on that site. So you need to contact the administrator of that site regarding its renewal.
