Renew Website Upgrade
-
Hello,
I have 2 WordPress websites.
http://www.drstevekindsvater.com
http://www.reflexionsbyrachel.comThe card on file is correct, but it is only showing http://www.drstevekindsvater.com as the primary site. I need to renew my reflexionsbyrachel site, but can’t find how to do so with my card on file.
Can someone please assist?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

drstevekindsvater.comis both registered and hosted with Bluehost. You can reach their support at https://www.bluehost.com/contactYou see it under your account because it’s connected via the Jetpack plugin, but that just adds features to the site, and it’s currently on Jetpack’s free plan.
Any charges for that site would be coming from Bluehost.

reflexionsbyrachel.comis hosted here, and registered with 1&1. The domain registration won’t expire until June 4, 2020, so I assume you’re referring to the Domain Mapping upgrade which ties the domain to the site hosted here.If so, you’ve come to the right place. :)
The only problem is, that’s all under a different WordPress.com account.
Check all of the email addresses you control for the renewal email regarding the Domain Mapping for
reflexionsbyrachel.comOnce you find the right email, log in under that and head over to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases for the renewal.
If you don’t recall the password, we have some options at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

That makes perfect sense–thank you!
I cannot recall the password for reflexionsbyrachel.com log in. I’ve requested a new password a couple times. It’s just taking a while to show up. I’ll keep checking.
Thank you!

It should just take a few minutes. If not, check your spam folder, or you may be checking the wrong email address.
If that doesn’t work out, try the recovery form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
-
I just tried the recovery form by supplying my activation URL that I was emailed originally. It says this:
“Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com.”
My site is no longer displaying since I couldn’t get the payment situated prior to yesterday. Perhaps that is why I get that message. Is there anyway to fix this?
Thanks so much for your help.

Do you have access to the email address on the account which owns that site?
We would have sent renewal emails to it in the days leading up to the expiration.
-
I do, yes. I tried calling (which I know now doesn’t work). Then wrote on the forum. I lost track of it while traveling. Surely there’s a way around this.
-
Ok, since you have access to that email address, just use the password reset form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#password-reset-process
Once you have access to that account, log in under that account and head over to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases for the renewal.
-
Yea that’s the main issue–it hasn’t sent me the reset password email for about 3 hours. Maybe just give it a day if there’s an issue on the back end?
-
It should definitely just take a few minutes.
Have you checked the spam folder?
Are you checking the email address that specifically received renewal emails for
reflexionsbyrachel.com?If you post the email address you’re checking here, while I can’t tell you what the email address is, I can at least let you know yes or no.
-
Yes, I’ve checked Spam as well.
It is the email I received the renewal emails at.
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
-
That’s indeed correct.
I have sent an email myself with a password reset link to that email address.
-
James–you are a life saver. Thank you very much! I just followed your instructions and the site is up and running.
Thank you!
