renew with automattic?

  I am seriously struggling. My site is down. It seems I have to renew my domain name at automattic. I cannot find any way to do that. Has anyone had this problem? My site is hosted at dreamhost. I cannot open anything, anywhere and it says my user name does not exist. my site is soweluensemble.org
