Renew wordpress subscription and domain

  I have a site, https://www.knowledgeetal.com where domain name .com is due to expire. I want to renew it BUT when I click on the link in your email to do so I get directed to this page with ‘my’ account paulcorney957712927 which says ‘You don’t have any wordpress sites yet’. HELP please.

  knowledgeetal.com is not connected to the account you are contacting us from. It is currently under a different WordPress.com account. Do you happen to have access to that account? If so, you’ll need to log out of your current account and log into the one to access the site.
