  Hi @suelovelock2 ,

  You will renew your subscription from the Manage Purchases page.

  If you are not seeing the option to renew at Manage Purchases, then you are not logged into the correct account. The option to renew your Premium plan will only be found when logged into the account that originally purchased the Premium plan.

  If you need help getting logged in correctly, visit Account Recovery.

  got into manage purchases page but it will only let me select upgrade at $24 per month. I want to pay for the premium offer of £85

  The upgrades are displaying at a monthly rate now, but it will be billed at the yearly cost. You will only be billed once, for the entire amount.

  If you renew the upgrade, but you are charged the wrong amount, Staff will be able to help you. You can type ‘modlook’ into the Tags box int he right side bar, then click ‘add’ . This will notify staff that you are in need of their help. They will contact you here. Please subscribe to the thread to receive notifications.
