  I missed renewal by a few weeks. Now I only see upgrade options. Can you help?

  According to staff, that option is no longer available. It’s only available as part of an existing (non-expired) plan:

  I see you’ve adde the WordPress.com Personal Plan to your account. This plan comes with a custom domain credit. You can register a custom domain or map one that you already own.
