  I have received a renewal notification and am having trouble completing it. The current card srt for auto renew does not seem to work? When I use it again, or a different card or paypal nothing is going through and I get a response “your account already has some if these upgrades are you sure you want to renew?”. I clearly do not want the account to be deactivated and lose he blog. can you please assist

  It appears as if you’re referring to the upgrades on the site cmosintravel.wordpress.com/. The credit card originally used for this account expired on 1/14. For the time being, you’re safe in that your Premium upgrade and domain registration doesn’t expire until July 14, 2014. I sent you a manual payment request email. Once you’ve paid, I can manually renew your site’s upgrades, so you can avoid any error messages.
