  I am having difficulty to renew my site for £70 a year. I am still within my renewal time, please advice how I can renew

  It still not helping me to renew without having to pay the higher fee.

  It is the domain registar and not WordPress.com that charges that fee. To avoid being charged additional fees we always renew before expiry because once a domain expires it no longer belongs to us. It belongs to the registrar. Staff will explain that there is a grace period when they enter this thread. Please be patient while waiting.

  At present, the domain matronheadrush.me is owned by a different WordPress.com user and is valid through 2015-09-28.
