Hi: I received this notice today
WordPress.com Premium costs C$99.00, and it is set to expire in 13 days, on December 2, 2014. If this upgrade expires, all the bundled upgrades will be removed, and your site will no longer be available at 3psbyseeker.com.I would like to maintain my domain 3psbyseeker.com only. What is the process and the cost.

You can retain the domain name via a domain mapping upgrade. See here for mapping an existing domain that you already own http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
After you do the primary blog set up it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

Also, I don’t even know what bundle I signed up for. I can’t seem to pull it up from the billing history since the system keeps on going on circles
