We have entered the info for renewal, but we are not getting a confirmation that the renewal actually happened. Thoughts?

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade, to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and renew any upgrades.
Below are the only accepted means of payment.
