    We have been trying to renew this page but we cannot get the site to accept payment
    We click on renew; fill in the credit card information and then we keep getting the following message

    “This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?”

    then we cannot continue from there – please help!!!

    Hi!

    It looks like the Premium bundle and associated domain on your site are actually owned by a different user on the blog. I believe this is causing the issue because you’re trying to renew upgrades that are actually owned by another user. Could you login under that other user account or ask the other user to login and renew the upgrades?
