    I paid by credit my renewal $99 on 2/4/15 it cleared the bank right away wordPress is not giving me credit and my website is shut down, how do we fix this.

    Hey there, Fred!

    I do not see an $99 renewal made on your site. I’m going to send you a personal email now. Could you please copy/paste your bank’s transaction record, and I can look further into this? In the meantime, I’ve added a week to your expiration date, so your domain/Premium upgrade can stay live while this issue is worked out.
