    I have now entered payment info 10 times. It keeps kicking back and asking if I mean to have everything in my cart. I do not want my blog to be deactivated. PLEASE tell me what to do…this is extremely frustrating.

    Hi there,

    The difficulty you’re encountering is that the upgrades up for renewal on babybeeclark.com are owned by the other Administrator user on your site. You’ll need to login as the upgrade’s owner to renew them.

    If your username should be the correct owner, you can also have that user contact us and we’ll transfer the upgrades into your name so you can control them in the future.
