Renewal

    The renewal fee of $99 has come off my credit card, but it is still showing in the Upcoming Charges on my a/c.

    Hi there,

    Since auto renew is enabled for your Premium plan, your Billing page is now showing next year’s renewal (May 28, 2016) in the Upcoming Charges section.

    If you’d like to disable auto renew, so you can manually renew that plan next year instead, you can change that on your My Upgrades page.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
