  Hi there
  I am trying to pay our yearly renewal and it wont let me go any further and is rather frustrating.
  Could you please send me a direct link so I can get this paid and up and running again please.

  Hey @dmjfcpres,

  What do you mean by “it wont let me go any further”? Can you tell us why exactly it won’t let you go any further?

  To renew a domain, from your Admin area, hover over “Store” in the sidebar and then click “My Domains”. You can then renew your domain from this page.
