pop ups keep telling me I have to renew to keep my website but when I do it won’t let me process it, saying I don’t have the product now.

What is the URL starting with http:// that the renewal message refers to?
Which username account registered the site and purchased the upgrade for it?

Still don’t get it. I want our50statesdevnture.com to show in the browser so that should be fine. When I log In to pay it just errors Sent from my iPhone

Do you get the error if you click on the Renew Now button on the warning message?
What about if you try to renew directly from the purchases page, here:

When I click purchase it says I am not signed up for the product you guys told me I have to renew Sent from my iPhone

I understand that, but can you please answer my question: Where do you get that error? If you click on the Renew Now button on the expired domain warning, or when you renew directly via the Purchases page, or both?
Additionally, can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes a difference, and can you also try using a different browser?

Hallo
I got a message saying that I had to renew my site. So when I went to my site it said that it had to be renewed.
What I don’t understand is that I have a billing receipt showing I have renewed it. That is what it reads like on my receipt.

Is this regarding your mapping upgrade? From what I can see in your account, your mapping upgrade should have expired tomorrow, but it’s bundled with your Premium Plan and will only expire in 2017. As it will renew for another year when your Premium Plan renews in October, you can safely ignore that message.Let me know if you have any more questions about this.

Your blog’s domain matronheadrush.me stopped functioning on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 and visitors who come to the web address matronheadrush.me cannot find your site any more. Please note the domain theimpotenceclinic.com that is pointing to this blog was also deactivated until matronheadrush.me is either renewed or canceled.When I look at renew it states that matronheadrush.me automatic renewed and yet its not renewed very confusing

I see only one domain in your account, theimpotenceclinic.com. That domain is not registered with us, but only mapped.
The domain, matronheadrush.me expired in September and has been cancelled by the registrar. That domain did not belong to this account but to a different username.
I’ve removed the expired subscription for that domain, so you should be able to register it again if it is available. If you can’t register it, that means someone else bought it when it expired, and you won’t be able to use it anymore.
