  I’m trying to renew my domain mapping. it’s supposed to cost $13 but your system won’t allow me to do that. Please advise.

  Only the owner of the upgrade can renew it. Are you logged in with that account? If so and this hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.

  I’m afraid that there are no upgrades associated with the account you are posting from. What is the URL that is being mapped?

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of that Domain Mapping upgrade.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew.

  For security reasons, we cannot give out information of that sort. While I’m sure your situation is on the up and up, you can see how giving account information out would be a bad idea.
