  I am unable to log into my account to pay for renewal. Help.

  You seem to have been able to log in to your account to post here in these forums. Do you see your upcoming renewal under purchases in your account dashboard? https://wordpress.com/purchases

  Is it a different account that is involved where you can’t log in? If yes, have you tried the account recovery process?

  Yes I am able to log in to My Site, however when I do and select “Manage Purchases” I am not able to access Purchases only Billing History, is blank containing no information.
