    I was supposed to be automatically renewed but my site says it has expired. I can find no way to renew. Please help.

    Hello.

    In order to renew any upgrades you need to be logged in as Administrator in the account that originally purchased the upgrade. Once logged into that account these are the steps to go through the renewal process https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

    Another issue could be if your payment method on file with WordPress.com has expired. This would prevent you from being auto billed for your renewal. Automatic renewal is enabled on all upgrades with up-to-date payment information. Check wordpress.com/purchases to check if your auto renewal is enabled.
