  Renewing means payment is required. No payment equals no renewal.

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

  Hello,

  I appreciate your help, but this is very confusing and it doesn’t look like you guys have a customer support phone number.

  I know that I need to pay the $99 to renew our business’ blog (premium is what we have now), but it is only let me upgrade and pay the $199, which we don’t want to do. How do I just renew and pay the $99 to continue with our premium package?

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription purchase.
