I am trying to sort the domain renewal for my blog site and now cannot access the site at all? Please can you help? https://adventuresinfamilyhealth.com is the site but I cannot seem to access it or to be able to renew (should be on automatic renewal from last year) Thanks Maryellen Stephens

Not resolved! Want to set up automatic renewal but cannot get into my site at all and it expires tomorrow. HELP please ?

You can renew your domain here: https://wordpress.com/purchases once you login with your WordPress.com details.
Your site is still up – I was able to access it – so do not need to worry as long as your renew soon.

thanks misharshutosh but i cannot get into the admin page at all, it tells me that i have no sites at all when i log in! I can see the page is up, but i cannot get into the admin to post or to pay the renewal.

Do you, by any chance, have multiple WordPress.com accounts? I have tagged this thread for Staff’s attention, and they will check which account your site is associated with.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew upgrades, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and to disable auto-renew.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade go to > Store > My Upgrades

thank you yes! it did get sorted! It turned out that i have a thing that remembers passwords so i had to clear the cache and start again and it worked@
