    Hello I received an email saying I have to pay $18 to renew and keep my domain, jennasadventures.com

    I clicked on the link to do
    So, logged on but there was no further instructions on how to
    Complete this transaction.
    I have 5 days to
    Pay before
    It expires. Can
    Someone help
    Me? Thank you!

    If you have more than one WordPress.com account, make sure you’re logged into the one that originally purchased the domain. Only that account can renew it.

    If using the proper account is not the issue, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to flag it for a staff member’s attention.
