    i want to renew my domain name as I got an email from you that it is due, but it is only offering an upgrade which i don’t want, I just want to renew. If I go to ‘purchases’ it only offers upgrade… please advise how to renew at $34 as per the email:”The domain itsallgoodlife.com costs C$34.00, and it is set to expire in 60 days, on October 15, 2016. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at ‘itsallgoodlife.com’.”

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
