    Hi, I’m trying to renew my subscription, I am in the ‘manage purchases’ section and there is no option for me to pay to renew. I want my domain back, help?! Thank you

    Hi there,

    Is this for the domain, fearofclothinginlasvegas.com?

    That domain expired on 12 August and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar. We’ll first need to recover it from the registrar before you can renew it, but they charge a $80 fee to restore a domain so far expired. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the process started for you.
