    Hello, can you help me to renew https://clublionsrimouski.org/ without any upgrade ? I already registred a credit card on the account for the payment.

    Hello –

    clublionsrimouski.org will need to be renewed from the account that owns this upgrade. That is a different account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.

    Once logged into the correct account you’ll find a red banner with the renewal link at Manage Purchases.

    I’ve also sent a note via email to the account that you’ll need to login to in order to process the renewal.

    I see that you’ve added a WordPress.com Personal Plan to this account. I’ll be happy to refund that for you if you do not need it.
