Good afternoon,
I just got my 30 day renewal notice and I wanted to switch my plan from E-commerce to the Premium plan. There’s no option for this and only an option to upgrade. I don’t want to cancel my subscription because I don’t want to lose all the work I’ve put into my website.
Any suggestion on my matter would be greatly appreciated.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, so we can’t help with this request here.

FWIW- Just noting here that in the user’s duplicate forum thread, they mention downgrading to the Business plan and not Premium.
