    Hi! I missed the date to renew my WordPress subscription and domain and would like to renew them now but don’t know how to! Could someone help please?

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at SiteGround.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You need to contact SiteGround for help in renewing your hosting and getting your site back online.
