  hi, i already have my domain name. in the past i have just paid $13 for the domain mapping.
  my first question is: how do I just renew the domain mapping for $13?
  my second question is how can I transfer the domain to wordpress?

  If you allowed the upgrade to expire the $13 renewal no longer applies.

  WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers only mapping to an existing domain is possible.

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did it expire?

  Some time ago now (months ago) individual upgrades were discontinued. Only those who have domain mapping upgrades that have not expired are allowed to renew at the same rate ie. $13. Others have to assign a plan and purchase an upgrade bundle.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  I see that you’ve added dknightfilmz.com with the domain mapping upgrade for $13 annually. Next, you’ll want to edit the name servers on the domain. That is step #2 in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
