I received an email that said I can renew for $18 a year but when I try to upgrade through the site, my cheapest option is $36. Can someone send me the link I need for the $18 option?

BTW you failed to provide any relevant details. Is that because you allowed the domain to expire?
1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. Are you trying to renew the domain, thewanderingvegan.com? Our logs show you cancelled that domain on 11 January.
I’ve emailed our registrar to hear if we can still get the domain back for you at this point. I’ll let you know once I hear back from them.

Okay, I was able to get your domain back from our registrar, but before I can reactivate it I’ll need you to pay for its renewal.
I’ve sent you two emails. One with a payment link for the renewal, and one with a link to verify your domain. Please follow the instructions in both those emails, and we’ll get your domain up and running again as soon as possible :)
