Renewal?

    Our nonprofit just paid $15.18 five or six months ago to renew our web site. Now, it is down again. Didn’t we pay for a whole year?

    Hi there,

    All upgrades on WordPress.com are renewable annually, and we don’t have any upgrade that costs $15.18.

    I do see a domain mapping upgrade on your site for the domain, TreasureStateCorvettes.com. That upgrade costs $13 a year, and the last payment we received for that upgrade was on 29 January 2016. You can view the past receipts in your billing history, here:

    That upgrade was removed a few days ago after it expired. If you still want to use that domain with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to purchase a new domain mapping by going to My Site ->Domains ->Add and selecting the Map It option.
